Abbott Vascular Devices, a division of Abbott Labs, approached PSD7 to develop a screen-based informational handbook which would be delivered via CD-ROM and the web. Given the wide range of content types which would eventually be rolled into the handbook, including video, PSD7 recommended Flash as the ideal delivery platform.

Managing content provided by several different authors, PSD7 set to work homogenizing the look of support images and narrative, to make the final product feel that it was written by a single author with a singular focus. The final result is a "living book" which can be extended frequently to include new technologies and procedures.
